The team
Anthony Roberts — Founder
AR Construction & Development was founded by Anthony Roberts in February 2006.
Anthony is a third-generation builder who learned the trade the old-fashioned way — through hands-on field experience, direct problem-solving, and a deep respect for quality craftsmanship. Over more than 30 years in construction, he has worked as a trim carpenter, superintendent, and project manager, building the kind of practical knowledge that only comes from spending real time in the field.
Today, Anthony leads sales and client relationships, helping homeowners move from vision to reality with the benefit of decades of construction experience behind every conversation.
He holds a General Contractor’s License in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee, giving AR Construction & Development strong regional capability while maintaining a clear focus on custom luxury home building in Western North Carolina
As AR Construction & Development continues to grow, Julian Bust leads operations with a focus on expanding and modernizing the building process.
That means bringing better systems, advanced software, and clearer communication into every project so clients stay informed through each step of the build. Our goal is to create a more organized, transparent, and collaborative experience — one where clients feel confident, updated, and connected from start to finish.
